HOW ARE THESE TRUCKS BUILT
The first thing we do is strip down the frame of your choice and meadia blast it to remove all the dirt and impurities. The new cab mounts are installed to accomodate the Peterbilt cab and hood. Then we have it powder coated to match the color of the cab and bed colors.
When this is done with the powder coat stage we reassemble the frame. Using new bushings and steering components, such as tie rods balljoints and so forth . I could go thru the list of al the parts but I dont want to bore you. Basicly we make an older used pickup frame new again.
Then we install the drive train . Using new engines and transmissions remaned rearends new custom drive shafts. Then we plumb the brake lines and hoses.Then its time for the custom exhaust system. Some get the stacks others just get a nice dual exhaust depending on what the customer wants.
We strip a genuine Peterbilt cab down to just a shell and media blast it and the doors to remove all the old paint and years of road grime , grease and so forth. Then the cab and doors are reassembled and all the deffective metal is replaced and then its primed and painted to customer specs.Folks these pickups are Peterbilt through and through just in a smaller version.
Then chassis and cab are mated to each other. This is when to me the truck starts to take on its new personality and becomes something special . A brand new Peterbilt pickup. No two trucks are ever the same . That is what i personally strive for. I want each truck to be one of a kind. So when you drive down the street you know there is no one else driving one like yours.
These trucks all come with a warranty from the engine manufacturer and the trans manufacturer and i stand behind the labor. Say if you have one of these trucks and an engine, transmission or rearend fails. I will do one of two things either reinstall the replacement or you ssend me a copy of the bill and i will reimburse you for the labor within reason of course . I will do this for two years from date of delivery. Providing your truck has been properly maintained.

this is stoney league of lewisburg ohio i am interseted in using a school bus frame with a peterbuilt cab and a 60'' sleeperand a 8'alum.flat bed so i can put on my 5th wheel hitch to pull my camper. i would like to use the 7.3 powerstroke or the cummins. 5 speed trans with a split rearend please contact at silvertip95@yahoo.com or by phone (937)962-4292 soon. thank you stoney
